The enmity between Teth Adam and Superman was one thing that Black Adam made genuine.
If Dwayne Johnson and Henry Cavill had a future together, they would compete against one another in the DC Universe’s future. While there have been many changes for the DC Universe recently, Henry Cavill’s absence as Superman has been particularly mourned.
Even while it could be challenging for the two actors to compete in the DC Universe, things might be very different if they did so outside of the property. Although it had been eagerly anticipated, the fight between the two heroes would never take place. But one spin-off film, Hobbs and Shaw, may feature Cavill in its follow-up.
Henry Cavill Could Join Hobbs And Shaw Alongside Dwayne Johnson
While seeing Henry Cavill as a villain would be a rare occurrence, it would not be impossible. The actor portrayed August Walker, the antagonist of the movie. His range of roles showed how even though the sequel to Hobbs And Shaw has been put to hold at the moment, he still has a chance of becoming the villain of his movie. Hobbs is one of the integral characters in the Fast and the Furious franchise and the focus is likely to come back on him eventually.
The original film’s terrorist organization, Eteon, had an unnamed director. Cavill now has the ideal chance to blend into the narrative without creating a whole new persona. Given the amount of work he put into bringing the Man of Steel actor back for the part of Superman, it is obvious that Dwayne Johnson wants to collaborate with him. Even though Black Adam did not perform well in theaters, the effort that everyone put into the film was not overlooked.
The Possibility Of A Hobbs And Shaw Sequel Is Thin But Not Nil
Hobbs And Shaw was a spin-off movie that came after Jason Statham had been introduced in the Fast and the Furious franchise. The character of Hobbs and Shaw often clashed with each other. This was a perfect base to set up a friendship that gets rooted in a fluctuating relationship of care and dislike.

One reason that the sequel had been pushed so much was due to Dwayne Johnson’s busy schedule with Black Adam. Now that the sequel for that has been pushed away for a long time, it is not impossible for Hobbs And Shaw to pick up where they left off.
Black Adam is now available to watch on HBO Max.
