The film – which is based on the William Goldman’s 1985 novel, Heat – follows Las Vegas bodyguard Nick Wild, who has lethal professional skills and a personal gambling problem.
When a friend is beaten by a sadistic thug, Nick strikes back, only to find out the thug is the son of a powerful mob boss.
Suddenly Nick is plunged into the criminal underworld, chased by enforcers and wanted by the mob.
Having raised the stakes, Nick has one last play to change his fortunes…and this time, it’s all or nothing.
In the clip, Sofia can be seen saying, ‘I’ve been married three times, I suck at it’, before Jason decided to interrupt the conversation.
His character angers the man Sofia was speaking when he attempts to drag Sofia to dance with him.
The man can be heard saying: ‘That’s twice now you’ve touched her, don’t do it again?’.
Jason cockily replies: ‘I won’t touch her again until she asks me. I’ve got one question, is it alright if I touch you?’
He then goes on to remove the man’s toupee and taunt him before Sofia convinces the male to leave the bar with her.
Directed by Expendable 2’s Simon West, the screenplay came from the mind of two-time Academy Award winning writer William Goldman.
